In the next few days specific information will be released in regards to the District’s Continuity of Education Plan. That information will include Internet- and non Internet-based instructional format options, electronic device deployment for students that do not have a district-issued Chromebook, how “school” will run, how we will maintain safety, and most importantly how we will care, love and grow together. On March 22, 2020 District officials confirmed that a District employee had presumptively tested positive for COVID 19 on March 21, 2020. At this time, the employee, who is assigned to the High School, is experiencing mild flu-like symptoms that have resulted in fatigue and bed rest. The employee has not been to any CASD building nor has the employee participated in any CASD initiatives since March 13, 2020. Please click "Read full story" for more information.

Connellsville Area Career and Technical Center is pleased to announce a collaboration with Indiana County Technology Center's Practical Nursing Program (LPN). The Practical Nursing program, which will be housed at the Connellsville Area CTC, is a part-time 16 month program for area residents!
