Student Assistance Program (SAP) In Pennsylvania, every middle and high school and some elementary schools have a Student Assistance Program (SAP). A team of school staff is here to help your child through difficult times. If you feel that your child may need help, call the CTC and ask to speak to the Guidance Counselor to arrange for SAP assistance. The SAP Team will request that you sign a permission form for your child to become involved in the program. Participation is voluntary. For more information contact the Guidance Counselor.
